Multi-Agency Technical Working Meeting to develop a Strategic Framework for operationalizing County Intergovernmental Relations Units.

IGRTC, following a resolution of the 5th National and County Government coordinating Summit, and in line with Gazette Notice No. 70 of 14th January 2022, has convened a Multi-Agency Technical Working Meeting to develop a Strategic Framework for operationalizing County Intergovernmental Relations Units (CIGRUs).

CIGRUs play a significant role in strengthening structured consultation, cooperation, and coordination between the National and County Governments. Once operational, these units will provide formal platforms for dialogue and joint decision-making, helping advance the objectives of devolution and improving service delivery to citizens.
